Project Description

A review of government sites determined that there was a need to improve security. As part of the upgrade to these sites, it was determined that stricter procedures were required for vehicle access control.

Sensor Dynamics implemented a system whereby the plates of approaching vehicles are scanned and compared against a watch list of approved vehicles. This information is then passed through to the site’s security management software to be actioned by security personnel.

Such systems have increased the security at all sites but also reduced the amount of labour required to carry out such strict control.
