Fuel Drive-Off Prevention

Revenue loss due to drive-offs at fuel stations is in the 10’s of millions of dollars per year in Victoria alone. The magnitude of offences can vary dramatically across the state and from individual station to station. Key factors which seem to affect drive-off numbers include; access to major roads, socio-economics and lack of enforcement.

Explanation

Our LPR forecourt solution captures all plates entering a petrol station and allows the station operator to add drive-off offenders to a watch-list. The watch-list is connected with a larger database of offenders to assist station operators across various locations by alerting when a known offender attempts to fill up petrol allowing the station owner to prevent petrol pump access.
