Explanation
Our LPR forecourt solution captures all plates entering a petrol station and allows the station operator to add drive-off offenders to a watch-list. The watch-list is connected with a larger database of offenders to assist station operators across various locations by alerting when a known offender attempts to fill up petrol allowing the station owner to prevent petrol pump access.

FAQs
Does all your consulting cost?
No. As part of the initial sales process, our technical sales consultants are happy to guide you through an initial solution design. Large pieces of work may require a paid design phase to get the best possible solution design.
Do we get to keep the design files you produce?
Yes. For paid design work, all documentation produced is yours to keep.
I am concerned about software quality. Do you outsource your software development?
No. All of our software developers are degree qualified software engineers based in Melbourne.
Can I perform my own testing of the project solution to ensure my stakeholders are happy?
Of course. We would actively encourage you to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where you perform your own test. All we would ask is that you share your testing questions and expectations with us so we can ensure we meet your expectations.
What is the first step?
The first thing to do is to come out to site for a site walk and requirements discussion. Every customer is different and so every solution is tailored to their needs.
Can I see your technology in action?
We’re able to provide live demonstrations via webinar. Please contact 03 8727 6000 to book your live demonstration
Can you come see what trouble we’re experiencing on site?
Certainly. It’s our preference to do a live site walk-through as part of the consulting phase.
Do I need a guard to attend the system?
That is up to you. The software can be accessed via any web-enabled device with access, so it is possible for roaming guards to verify vehicles entering whilst not being in the guard house. Or you can choose to have a completely automated system.
Will I be linked to the state database of drive-off offenders?
Yes your system will be connected with the main database of drive-off offenders, this list is constantly growing as sites continue to catch and register offenders in the system. This means that both your site and other sites benefit each time an offender is recorded.
How will I prevent offenders from re-filling?
If a previous offender registered on the database returns to your station, they will be read by the LPR cameras and an audible and visual alert will play notifying you that a drive-off offender has entered. You as the operator can then refuse access to the fuel pump to avoid a repeat offence.
How long will is take to see results
This will depend on the severity of the problem and the amount of traffic coming through your station, you may begin seeing a drop-off in drive-offs within the first week the system has been installed. Over the coming weeks offenders who regularly use your station will begin being refused and your revenue loss will reduce once again.
